The PACE agency resulted from the PACE Statute 163.08 that passed the Florida Legislature in 2011. Called the (Property Appraised Clean Energy) program the purpose thereof is to not only promote clean energy but also assist property owners with home improvements to prepare their property for storm and climatic events.
